General Policy of the IMS

Dear all,
We would like to inform you that our General Policy of the Integrated Management System has been updated and is currently in force. It was developed according to the characteristics of B Drive, the information that is handled, the services that are offered, and the technology that is used, for which I emphasize the importance of attending to it and applying it in our daily activities.

The policy defines the following:

The Management of B drive, committed to the quality of services and the security of the information that it stores, processes, and transmits derived from its provision of services (including cloud services), establishes as "General Policy of the Integrated Management System", the preservation of the Confidentiality, Protection, Integrity, and Availability of the information of its clients, suppliers, and the company in order to comply with the objective of "achieving their satisfaction" by governing itself in accordance with existing legislation and applicable contractual terms.

To achieve this objective, B drive has committed to the basic requirements of applicable information security, including attention to the design and implementation of the cloud service, as well as the quality of its services, attention, and compliance with service levels agreed with the client, increasing its effectiveness, efficiency, and constant improvement of its processes.

Confidentiality allows ensuring that information is obtained only by authorized persons. Integrity allows maintaining the accuracy and validity of the information, and availability corresponds to access and use only and at the time of being requested by an authorized person.

Information is a critical factor in today's business world; consequently, policies and processes are implemented and complied with by the different levels of the organization, as well as by external service providers.

B drive permanently takes care of maintaining suitable personnel, with a clear definition of roles and responsibilities, processes based on best practices, and an adequate infrastructure that allows generating and establishing a pleasant work environment, which is expressed in excellent service to its clients.

This policy is communicated, known, subscribed to, and applied within the organization by the personnel of B drive, involved in the delivery of the services and information security mentioned in the Scope of the IMS.

The policy will be reviewed at least annually, and its changes and improvements will be approved by the Management of B drive.
